Exchanges & Returns

Chelsea Paris will gladly authorize returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise. Please contact studio@chelseaparis.com

Returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery for the United States and International. 

Only store credit is available for returns on sale items. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

All returns should be sent back with the Chelsea Paris shoe box and dustbag included.

Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Chelsea Paris box is protected using the carton provided.

Returns will only be accepted in an unworn condition and in their original condition. Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately.

Reimbursement will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.  Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted and shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
